2019 – today
Developed and maintained full-stack web apps using industry standard frameworks to keep the university's
library relevant and accessible to the needs of the 21st century. This included creating new web-based
tools to automate previously manual collection management and reporting tasks,
implementing Section 508 WCAG Accessibility Standards for student-facing web-based tools at the library,
and upgrading custom-built software projects to use automated testing and deployment pipelines
using GitLab CI/CD Actions.

2017
Led major redesign of the customer relationship management database, which used Microsoft SQL Server and
a web interface, written in C#, HTML, CSS, & JavaScript. Bridged communication gap between tech and
media departments to translate the needs of staff into actionable software requirements.

Assisted staff and visiting researchers with daily collection management, material retrieval,
and archival tasks. Typeset and printed small scale jobs and assisted teaching letterpress classes as a
printing press apprentice.
